As an EOS implementer, I work with firms to establish the following simple set of concepts and tools that synchronize how they meet, solve problems, plan, prioritize, follow processes, communicate, measure, clarify roles and manage. I also facilitate the weekly Level 10 status meetings. Depending on the firm’s needs, I am the fractional integrator to execute the visionary’s (CEO) strategic directives, and/or work on special projects.
