Build a business that runs without you Fractional COO | Integrator | Business Operating System Expert | Founder Advisor

I help founder-led businesses build the operating infrastructure that enables their teams to execute and make sound decisions without the founder in the room.

For more than 15 years, I've worked with 200+ founder-led businesses, from startup to $20M in revenue, across virtually every industry, helping them replace founder dependency with the systems, structure, and accountability needed to scale.

I partner with businesses in the way they need me most: as a Fractional COO, Business Operating System (BOS) implementer, or Founder Thought Partner. Whether you need strategic guidance, hands-on execution, or both, I help turn vision into consistent execution.

If any of these sound familiar, you're not alone:
✓ You're constantly firefighting.
✓ Your team works hard but lacks alignment and accountability.
✓ Every important decision still comes back to you.
✓ Growth is becoming harder, stress is increasing, and taking time away feels impossible.

No two founder-led businesses break the same way. After implementing Business Operating Systems in 200+ companies, I can quickly identify what's limiting your growth, uncover blind spots, remove operational bottlenecks, and build an operating system tailored to your business, not force your business into a one-size-fits-all framework.

I work across every area of the business, including strategic planning, execution planning, marketing, sales, client operations, fulfillment, technology, finance, human resources, and project management. I also help founders navigate complex challenges such as leadership alignment, change management, difficult negotiations, organizational chaos, and financial decision-making.

The result? A business that no longer depends on you. A leadership team that owns results. Systems your team actually follows. Consistent execution. Sustainable growth. A business that's ready to scale and valuable enough to sell when you're ready.

As your Fractional COO, I become an extension of your leadership team—building scalable processes, improving operations, leading key initiatives, coaching your managers, and creating accountability across the organization. I don't just recommend improvements. I help implement them.

With more than 15 years of experience inside 200+ founder-led companies, I help businesses strengthen the people, processes, and systems required to scale so the company becomes less dependent on the founder and more capable of growing without constant oversight.

Business Operating System (BOS)

Build a business that runs without you

If every important decision still comes back to you, you're not running a scalable business—you're running one that's dependent on you. Your team works hard but lacks alignment and accountability. You're constantly putting out fires, growth feels harder than it should, and taking time away seems impossible.

A Business Operating System (BOS) is the framework that enables your business to operate consistently without relying on the founder. It defines how your company plans, executes, communicates, measures performance, solves problems, manages people, and serves clients.  My goal is simple: to build a business where your team can execute and make sound decisions without you in the room.

Built from more than 200 real-world implementations in founder-led companies, my approach isn't another off-the-shelf framework. I personally assess your vision, goals, and business, identify what's limiting your growth, and build a customized BOS Playbook tailored to how your company operates. Together, we'll address the operational challenges across planning, marketing, sales, client operations, technology, finance, HR, and project management.

The result? A business that no longer depends on you. A leadership team that owns results. Systems your people actually follow. Consistent execution. Sustainable growth. And a company that's built not only to scale, but to become a valuable, transferable asset when you're ready to step away.

Founder Thought Partner

Navigate complexity. Think clearly. Decide faster. Lead with confidence.

Running a business can be isolating. The biggest decisions rarely have obvious answers, and the people around you often have limited perspective or their own agenda.

As your thought partner, I become your strategic sounding board.

Together we work through the challenges that don't fit neatly into a spreadsheet: difficult leadership decisions, organizational issues, growth opportunities, acquisitions, hiring executives, navigating change, or deciding what deserves your attention next.

I ask the hard questions, challenge assumptions, provide objective perspective, and help you make confident decisions backed by experience, not emotion.

For more than 15 years, I've worked alongside founders as they built, scaled, restructured, and prepared businesses for growth. My role isn't to tell you what to do.

It's to help you think better, decide faster, and lead with greater clarity.

Holistic Therapy (By Janet Woronick)

Janet Woronick is an LCSW with 25 years of experience helping clients achieve meaningful change.

Holistic Therapy involves a comprehensive approach to assessing and diagnosing mental health challenges. The goal is to identify the root cause of issues that prevent people from moving forward, and to break unhealthy patterns of thinking and behavior. Therapy explores and navigates the complexities of life. It encompasses gaining awareness of our life traps and allows clients to develop effective coping methods to address issues of anxiety, depression, chronic stress, relationship issues, trauma, and family dynamics.

Treatment Techniques

  • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy - an evidence based approach to make a positive, statistically significant difference in helping clients change unhelpful patterns of thinking and behavior.

  • Solution Focused – focuses on setting goals and finding practical solutions.

  • Mindfulness Based Therapy- incorporating mindfulness practices to help clients become more present and manage stress and anxiety.

The therapeutic process empowers clients to take an active role in their mental health journey where they can discover their inner strengths, foster resilience and self-awareness. Clients learn new ways of coping with life's challenges and become aware of breaking unhealthy patterns. Every person has the capacity for growth, positive change, and transformation.

Benefits for Entrepreneurs

One of the greatest challenges entrepreneurs face is the stress that comes with running a business.  From achieving product or service market fit, building a strong team, securing funding and managing finances, dealing with competition, adapting to market shifts, and navigating uncertainty – all while trying to carve out time for family.  This relentless pressure can, over time, result in burnout, anxiety and even depression.  Therapy can provide entrepreneurs with a confidential and non-judgmental space to discuss issues and develop coping skills.

Interestingly, many successful CEOs and entrepreneurs often have ADHD. These conditions, when properly managed, can become a powerful asset, even a "superpower," allowing visionary leaders to excel. However, as Gino Wickman outlines in Traction, Visionaries (CEOs) should not be deeply involved in the day-to-day operations. Instead, they thrive by focusing on big ideas, fostering relationships, and steering the company towards long-term success, all while staying in tune with industry trends, company culture, and creative problem-solving.

For smaller businesses, it may take time for the Visionary to step back from daily operations. In these cases, it’s vital for entrepreneurs with ADHD to adopt effective management strategies through holistic therapy to prevent burnout or compromising the overall success of the business.

Pricing?

Pricing is based on the scope of work. Services can lead to increased revenue and profitability that will not only cover my costs but also contribute to the financial growth of the business. During the free 30-minute exploratory call, we can discuss the scope of work so that I can provide you with a cost estimate.

How long does an engagement last?

It varies based on your needs.

  • BOS implementation: Typically requires 8 to 16 hours depending on the needs of the business.

  • Coaching or training: You may schedule a single session, sessions as needed or recurring sessions (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or quarterly).

  • Projects: Can range from a few hours to a few months.

  • Fractional COO: Can range from 5 to 20+ hours per week. Typically, the duration is either as long as it takes to complete a business transformation or until you need to hire a full-time COO.

  • Holistic therapy: The length of therapy depends on the individual, their goals, and their progress. Shorter-term therapy to resolve a specific stressor or life phase can last 12 to 18 sessions, but longer-term therapy to develop insight and create lasting change can last 1-2 years or longer.

What is the difference between coaching and therapy?

Coaching consists of personal and/or business development to help achieve future goals by identifying the goals, creating action plans and developing strategies to overcome obstacles.

Therapy consists of assessing and diagnosing mental health issues by exploring experiences, emotions and behaviors; then addressing the issues with anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, OCD and relationships. It also focuses on personal growth, but with a deeper focus on emotional healing and understanding.
